The Marian Centre has a number of outpatient therapy programs (require private health insurance) that would possibly be suitable for men with mood, anxiety, and lifestyle problems and hence interest to your readers. We are also trying to get up and running a adolescent therapy program for 13 to 17 year olds with anxiety or mood problems. Our outpatient therapy approach is a cognitive-behaviour and mindfulness therapy approach which is usually very useful for mood and stress management, and adjustment issues.
