SIDS & KIDS WA SIDS & Kids in Western Australia provides loss and grief support for anyone affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child. That loss may have occurred at any time from conception to 12 years of age. The service is free and there is no time limit to the counselling service or to when a person first contacts SIDS & Kids after the death of the child.
The opportunities for people experiencing grief and reactions to the death of a child include counselling, support groups, sibling support sessions, country support volunteers and a library of relevant support/healing techniques literature.
