TOPICS & OUTCOMES
TOPIC 1
HOW CAN WE DEMONSTRATE THAT TAKING CARE OF MEN’S HEALTH AND WELLBEING WILL REAP A FINANCIAL RETURN TO THE ORGANISATION?
Men who are physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually healthy are much better placed to make a sustained, valuable contribution to their workplace. There are some obvious measures in time off sick and workplace accidents, but broader measures such as productivity, creativity and team culture could more emphatically demonstrate the contribution of health to the corporate bottom line, plus the effectiveness of government and non-government organisations.
