Description:	THE MANKIND PROJECT OF WA INVITES YOU TO A WORKSHOP THE RESPONSIBLE MAN Presented by GEORGE ROUNDS AND BILLY HILL An invitation to any man seeking a fuller, more purposeful life. This workshop offers skills development in communication, presentation and facilitation. It’s about: Leadership and power. Clean, strong, effective communication. Creating safety for yourself and others. Connecting to the emotional life beneath everything you do. Defusing the triggers of destructive action. Responding with integrity and congruency. Have more people respond to your leadership in more areas of your life; home, family, work, business, community. Break through any ‘glass-ceiling’ you may have around you and leadership. Re-define ‘response-ability’ in your life, rejuvenating all areas of your life as a man. Discover ways you bury your honesty and integrity as a man, and learn tools to keep that part of you alive. Learn how to be fully in your leadership and still be in full relationship with others in your life. Discover fresh energy and passion around your vision for life, re-orient towards the future. Feel lighter and less inhibited around leadership in all areas of your life; home, family, work, business, community. Take away tools that you can use immediately to enable more of your leadership in the world. This workshop is open to any man who seeks to become a better man.
